Re: What type of engineering should I opt if I am plus one bio maths student? As you have studied mathematics as a subject, you can look for any of the streams in engineering. Aeronautical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, ECE, etc are some of the traditional stream in engineering. You can also opt for B.Tech in Biotechnology or Biomedical Engineering. B.Tech in genetic engineering is another option for candidates having studied Biology as a subject in 12th. Admission to the course is done after evaluating candidate’s performance in entrance exams like IIT JEE. |
