Well dear,

M.Tech. is 2 year post graduation course in which the students who have completed their B.Tech.can take the admission. It is for specialization of that which you have read in degree and want something in advance.

Integrated M.Tech. is a 5 years course in which you can directly get the admission. These programmes are for those course which do not have a wide range of options for specialization.

Both are considered as same and eligible for higher studies like P.Hd., M.Phil, M.S. etc.

Thanks......

M.Tech 2 years course is taken by those students who have completed their B.tech. four year courses. It is taken to get some specialization or masters degree in the field related to what you have done your B.Tech.

While Integrated 5 year M.tech. courses will provide you only a Inte. M.Tech. degree but not a B.Tech. degree. These programmes are for those courses which do not have a wide range of options for specialization like in civil engineering or mechanical engineering.

Both of the degrees have same value of you opt for some higher studies like Ph.D. or M.S.
