Don't just go for any college for admission but only good colleges where you could get quality education and placements. As your rank is somewhat low, so there is less chance of your getting stream of your choice and also in good college. So, you should also try to apply in some universities which also conduct their own test for admission, such as: Lovely Professional University, BITS, AMU, VIT......You can get the details regarding admission process from their website.

With this rank, it sure that you won't be able to get a government colleges.
Hence try for the private colleges under UPTU.
