I am doing BSc Physics sciences course The Qualification required for girls to join in Air force: ** Yes, girls are eligible for Indian Air Force but only after completion of gradaution degree only having a science stream. ** After completion of gradauation the aspirants have to apply for CDS exam and AFCAT exam which is conducted by UPSC two times in a year. The Eligibility criteria are as listed below: > > Should have completed graduation degree from a recognized university with 55% marks in gradauation. >> Those appearing for finals can also apply for this exam. > > Candidate should be a citizen of India. > > The male and female both are eligible for this exam. > > The candidate should be physically fit. The Age critera: For Naval Academy : 19-22 years For Airforce Academy: 19-23 years For Military Academy : 19-24 years For Officer Training Academy: 19-25 years. ** There is a relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates of 3-5 years.** The Selection Process: The exam followed three stages: > > Written Exam > > Personal Interview > > Medical Test You can visit the following page for more information :http://upsc.gov.in/ |

The eligibility criteria for CDS exam are as under:- -The candidate must be an Indian. -The qualification required for Indian Military Academy/Officer's Training Academy is Graduation in any discipline,Bachelor of Engineering for Indian Naval Academy and 10+2 level degree with Physics and Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering for Indian Air Force Academy. -The age limit for Indian Military Academy is 19 years to 24 years,Indian Naval Academy is 19 years to 22 years,Indian Air Force Academy is 19 years to 23 years and Officer's Training Academy is 19 years to 25 years . -The candidate should be physically fit as per the Physical Standards for admission to CDS exam. -The exam process involves *Written Exam *Interview by Services Selection Board. |
