Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Exam is conducted by Public Service Commission.


RTO exam is conducted for these three posts –

Judicial Service Post

Clerkship post

Sub assistant engineer

Every post has different eligibility criteria.

Judicial Service Post –

>> Bachelor’s degree in LAW from a recognized university.

>> Age should be between 23 years to 34 years.

>> You should know local language of your state.

Clerkship post –

>> 10+2 from a recognized board.

>> Age should be between 18 years to 37 years.

Sub Assistant engineer –

>> B.Tech/ B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical or Civil.

>> Age should be between 23 years to 32 years.

Eligibility for RTO Clerk:

You should have passed graduation degree from a recognized university

Your age should be between 18 to 37 years. You must be citizen of India.

Eligibility for RTO Sub Assistant:


You should have passed graduation degree from a recognized university.

Your age should be between 18 to 34 years.

You must be citizen of India.

Eligibility for RTO Engineering:

You should have passed engineering degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical

Your age should be between 18 to 34 years.

Exam Pattern:

Preliminary exam

Mains exam

Interview

Diploma are complete and one year experience in automobile govt. garage we can eligible for rto officer

RTO stands for Road Transport Officer.

It is mainly for the following posts:

Judicial post
Assistant engineer post
Clerk post

Eligibility for different posts are different such as:

For Judicial posts:

Graduation in law i.e.LLB
Age should be in between 21 to 32 years.

For assistant engineer post:

B.Tech or B.E in any stream.
Age should be in between 21 to 30 years.

For clerk post:

12th passed with minimum 60% marks.
Age should be in between 21 to 34 years.
