Re: Age limit for Bank PO exam? Bank PO eligibility criteria:- The main eligibility criteria for the same is that you need to be a graduate in any discipline from a rezognized university. You should try to maintain minimum 55% at graduation level and that your age should be between 21-30 years. Exam pattern of po exam:- reasoning 50 marks, quantitative aptitude 50 marks, general awareness 50 marks, general english 50 marks and computer knowledge 50 marks. And You Have To Scored Minimum 60% Marks In Your Bachelor Degree, Only Then You Are Eligible To Apply For Bank PO Examination. The Educational Percentage Criteria Are Vary From Bank To Bank. Different Bank Have Different Eligiblity Criteria, So If You Have Scored Minimum 55% Marks In Graduation, Then Also You Are Eligible To Apply For Bank PO Examination. Re: Age limit for Bank PO exam? Age limit criteria for Bank PO (probationary officer) is: 1. A candidate applying for this post should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 30 years of age. Following is the age relaxation criteria for the candidates of various reserved category: 1. There is a age relaxation given to OBC category people. This relaxation is for 3 years for the upper limit of age. 2. In case of ST/SC /Ex – Servicemen, this relaxation is for 5 years. 3. 10 years of relaxation in age criteria is given to VH/OH (GN) 4. 13 years for VH/OH (OBC) and 5. 15 years for VH/OH (SC/ST). |

Most of the Bank required age between 21 to 30 years for the post of PO. but some bank required different age criteria. Most of the government bank gives age relaxation for the reservation category : SC/ST- 5 years. OBC/PD - 3 years. Ex-Serviceman - 5 years. RELAXATION FOR CATEGORY candidates: 3 years in the case of OBC candidates (ii) 5 years in the case of SC/ST/Ex-servicemen (iii) 10 years for VH/OH (Gen); 13 years for VH/OH (OBC) and 15 years for VH/OH (SC/ST) candidates YOU SHOULD GET 60% aggregate marks in XIIth standard or in Diploma after Xth standard; and 55% aggregate marks in Graduation. MANY BANKS ALSO HAVE THEIR CERTAIN OWN CONDITIONS.........SO CHECK THEIR WEBSITE FOR MORE INFORMATION.......... BEST OF LUCK

Basically most of the banks required age between 21 to 30 years for the post of bank PO exam. In some of the Govt. banks relaxation in age is also given. For SC/ST 5 years For OBC 3 years For ex-servicemen 5 years. So to know the eligiblity criteria of different banks you have to visit the bank web site for which you are applying. |

Age Eligibility Criteria for PO: Federal bank The Candidate must not be more than 26 years of age to be eligible for the post of Federal Bank’s Probationary Officer. ICICI Bank Candidates must not be more than 25 years of age to be eligible for this program. Dena Bank The minimum age of the candidate is 21 years and maximum age limit is 30.A person of more than 30 yrs of the age cannot apply....... State Bank of India Not below 21 years and not above 30 years .. and relaxation in age are (i)3 years in the case of OBC candidates (ii) 5 years in the case of SC/ST/Ex-servicemen (iii) 10 years for VH/OH (Gen); 13 years for VH/OH (OBC) and 15 years for VH/OH (SC/ST) candidates.........
