Hello, The eligibility to appear in the CAT exam is like: the candidate should pass graduation degree with at least 50% marks(for General candidates), 45%(for SC/ST/OBC candidates) from a recognized university. Candidates can have any kind of background like arts/commerce/science, that won't be a matter. Students of every stream is eligible. But as you have not graduated yet, you are not eligible to appear in the CAT exam. So first complete your graduation and then you can apply for this exam. |

Re: CAT exam after 49% in 12th standard with Computer Science? I recently checked rules and it said nothing about marks of 10th or 12th. You need only 50% marks in your bachelor degree, thats it. So if you have 50% or above in your bachelors you can sit for the CAT exam. |
