Only Indian citizenship candidate are eligible for this exam. Your age should be in between 20 to 40 years. B.Ed is not necessary for School Service Commission exam. The minimum educational qualification required to apply for West Bengal School Service Commission is gradation with 50% in aggregate for general category and for SC/ST/OBC 45% is the required marks in graduation. Apart from this, from 2015 new norms are being put forward that candidate have to have a degree of TTC or Diploma in elementary education ( D.I.ED) or B.ED then only aspirant can apply for WBSSC exam.
