Admission in the Degree courses : After completing Diploma course you can take admission in the direct 2nd year of engineering by lateral entry examination. Many government and private college provide B.Tech course after completing diploma courses. For the admission in engineering you have to appear in the entrance test conducted by various state/University. You can also apply in the final year of diploma courses. You can apper in the many entrance exam conducted by government/University like. AIEEE, JELET, KIITEEE, VITEEE..and many other state entrance exam. Few private institute provide direct admission on the basis of aggregate marks in diploma like IGNOU, Millia Institute of Technology, Mangalyatam college of engineering and many other institute are available for this purpose. Dear Without completing your diploma study you can't do your B.tech or B.E (Lateral entry). After complete your diploma you can do. You can do any recognized university. The main thing is you should score more than 75% to join in recognized university. its only am telling about minimum marks. while entering into engineering counselling they will be having some cut off mark depends upon subject and college. Otherwise you can do in self financing engineering college. |

How can I take admission in 2nd year B.Tech(Aeronautical engineering) after completing 1 year diploma in Electrical engineering? gd morning sir . I jst wanna know that i m doing diploma in Electrical engg. After my 10th ths is my 2nd yr thr so after this can i get an admission in aeronautical engg {B.tech} frm 2nd year? If yes then on what bases ? Thank u! |
