Hello Friend #Before 2 years back the bank will give chance for 12th class student only clerk post. #Now all bank will conduct exam online. #so after that they decided the eligibility of bank exam is Graduation. #so, sorry you are not eligible for the bank after completed your graduation your are eligible for all type of bank exam both clerk and PO. #This year they are also change the exam pattern SBI and IBPS. #the exam pattern is: *preliminary. *mains. *interview. #The syllabus for the preliminary is: English. General knowledge. quantitative and reasoning. #The syllabus for the mains exam is: General Awareness. General English. Computers. Quantitative aptitude. Reasoning. marketing. General Knowledge. #So you will wait for 3 years for completing your Graduation. |

Re: Can I give bank exam in Mumbai after passing 12th in Chandigarh? The minimum eligibility criteria for Bank Clerk or PO is graduation. You can't give the exam on the basis of your 12th. So if you want to appear for bank exam then you must have completed graduation. It does not matter from where you complete your graduation. The college or university from which you complete graduation should be recognised. Age limit for bank exam- Your age must be within 20 to 30 years. You must have computer knowledge to get job in Bank. There also lots of bank that conduct exams like SBI, ICICI, PNB, IBPS, RBI etc. |

First ting which I would like to make you clear that being a 12th passed student you are not eligible for any bank examinations for any post as the minimum requirement for bank job is a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. So in order to get bank job you have to first complete your graduation course with any discipline of your choice and then you will have to crack the respective entrance examination for your recruitment as bank clerk or bank probationary officer. For these jobs you must also hold the qualifications given below:- --> You must have the nationality of India. --> You must have computer knowledge as the banking works are fully computer based. --> Your age for bank clerk must be within 20 years to 28 years and for bank probationary officer it must be within 21 years to 30 years. Also age relaxation is applicable as per the government norm. Two of the most important bank examinations are IBPS examination and SBI examination which are held for the recruitment in the nationalized banks of India. Also as bank jobs are centralized job and the examinations are held across the India so one can appear anywhere ( from the given option of centers ) for the examination as per his easiness. |
