Re: How to get admission for engineering after scoring 53% marks in 12th board? Hai friend, To Get Admission into the Engineering Colleges, you must Write the Entrance Exams like: 1) IITJEE 2) AIEEE 3) BITSAT and 4) EAMCET exams. If you get a good rank in any of the above exams, then you will get admission into the TOP Engineering college. So, prepare well. Work Hard. All the best. |

Re: How to get admission for engineering after scoring 53% marks in 12th board? You can get admission for Bachelor of Technology through the entrance exam. It is necessary to appear for the entrance exam in order to get the admission. There are two options. First is to appear for All India level engineering entrance exam and second is to appear for entrance exam for Engineering conducted in your state. Some examples are: AIEEE IIT-JEE ISEET GUJ-CET UPSEE The candidates who want admission in government colleges like Indian Institutes of Technology and National Institutes of Technology have to appear for All India level entrance exam which is called ISEET. Earlier there were different entrance exams. For NITs and other government colleges, you had to appear for the AIEEE while for IITs the entrance exam was IIT-JEE. But now its ISEET which is expected to also replace other entrance exams, especially conducted by the state governments. ISEET Eligibility 1. Class 12th should be passed from recognized board. 2. Physics, Chemistry and Maths should be the subjects. 2. The percentage required is 40%. Examples of state exams are UPSEE which is for Uttar Pradesh and Guj-CET conducted by the Gujarat. Other states also have their own entrance exams but some states like Maharashtra have migrated to ISEET. In such scenario, the candidate is given 2 ranks. First the all India level rank for ISEET and second for the state level. There are private colleges that conducts their own entrance exams. Birla Institutes of Technology (BITS) for example conducts the BITSAT entrance exam. |
