Quantum numbers, Electronic configuration, molecular orbital theory for homonuclear molecules, Pauli's exclusion principle. Chemical Bonding: Electrovalency, co-valency, hybridization involving s,p and d orbitals hydrogen bonding. Redox Reactions: Oxidation number, oxidising and reducing agents, balancing of equations. Chemical Equilibrium and Kinetics: Equilibrium constant (for gaseous system only) Le Chaterlier's principle, ionic equilibrium, Ostwald's dilution law, hydrolysis, pH and buffer solution, solubility product, common-ion effect, rate constant and first order reaction. Re: Syllabus for B.Tech(Chemistry) in UPTU? well my friend your question is incomplete i did not get that whether you want to know what is the syllabus for chemistry for uptu exam(b.tech course ) or you want to know the syllabus of chemistry for b.tech 1st year course as they teach us chemistry in first year so ill do my best to give you in formation in both way. for cracking uptu exam :the chemistry syllabus is that you have studied in class 11th and 12th only.they ask everything related to your 11th and 12th class . iam attaching pdf you can see it |
