you are not eligible for GATE exam.

As it's eligibility is B.Tech/MCA/MSc.

After your master degree you are able for GATE exam.

B.Tch is considered to equivalent to MSc./MCA that's why

MCA's/MSc.'s are eligible.

So do your masters first then appear for GATE

according to my knowledge only those students are eligible for GATE , who have done their B.tech or MCA or any course equivalent to that..... so you may not be eligible...

NO..only engineering students can give this exam so sorry try for another...you also have many other options go for that you can do MCA...and after that you will get good job and good salary....

No you are not eligible to apply for this examination.
Only the engineering students and equivalent to engineering
such as MCA students are only eligible to apply for this examination.

GATE examination is conducted every year for the M.tech courses.
A candidate will get admission in various colleges on the basis of GATE
score card.

Since you are a BCA student so you are not eligible to apply for the
GATE examination.

Hello,
As you know for appearing into the GATE exam you must have at least pre final year of engineering or equivalent.
As you are in BCA final year so you are not eligible for appearing into the GATE.
However after completion of BCA you can take admission in MCA . After completion of MCA you can appear for the GATE examination.

At present , you are not eligible for GATE, first complete your master degree , then apply for GATE.

sorry! You are not allowed to give GATE exam as the educational qualification required to give the exam is B.TECH/ M.SC/MCA.

AS you are doing BCA you can't apply for GATE EXAMS.

try after your master degree.

gate exam are meant for the technical background students .....
its eligibility criteria is that you should have completed your b.tech degree or b.e degree from any recognized university or college with minimum of the 60% of the marks ....

as you are BCA students so according to me you cannot apply for the gate exam .....

No you can not apply for GATE exam...

Because you are in BCA and to give GATE you have to fit in any of the following category...

1. Bachelor degree holders in Engineering/Technology/Architecture
2. Master degree holders in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Applications
3. Candidates in the second or higher year of the Four-year Integrated Master degree programme (Post-B.Sc.) in Engineering/Technology

So for you these options are available-------

1. To give GATE first do B.tech.
2. give CAT, MAT, XAT for MBA
3. give JECA, TANCET, NIMCET, AIMCET for MCA.
4. go for any master's degree course like M.sc

The candidates with following academic background are eligible to appear in GATE 2011 Examination:

sorry u aren't elligible for GATE examination as You need 4 year bachelor degree to complete your master degree.

if u are interested in giving GATE examination i will recommend u to first complete btech then go for GATE examination so thta u can pursue your mtech .

else go for mca as u have completed the bba.

BCA final year students give GATE exam
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national level examination which is conducted by eight zones such that One Indian Institute of Science(IISc),Bangalore and the Seven IITs(Bombay,Kharagpur,Kanpur,Guahati,Roorkee,Madra s,Delhi).
According to the Eligibility of the GATE:
1:You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or Architecture or Pharmacy of 4 years after 10+2.
2:You can also apply if you are in the final or pre-final year examination of the Master Degree.
or
3:You have to be a Master degree holders in any branch of Science like Physics,Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications etc....
4:You can also apply if you are in the final or pre-final year examination of the Master Degree.
So, I think you can not be able for the GATE exam, but don't worry after completing the BCA course you will be able,so be prepared for the GATE properly.

No, BCA Students are not eligible to apply for GATE Examination.

Because to apply for GATE, You need 4 year bachelor degree or you have to complete your master degree.

So, i will suggest you, just complete your post graduation first, only then you are eligible to apply for GATE.

To apply for GATE, You have to complete your Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technology, Architecture (4 years after 10+2) and those who are in the final or pre-final year of such programmes are also eligible.

And Master degree holders in any branch of Science, Mathematic, Statistics, Computer Applications or equivalent and those who are in the final year of such programmes are eligible to apply for GATE.

No, You cannot appear for the GATE exam after BCA as The Eligibility for the GATE exam is as under-
1. You must be a Bachelor degree holders in Engineering/Technology/Architecture
2. You must be a Master degree holders in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Applications

So after BCA if you are interested in GATE exam then first complete your masters & then apply for the same.

GATE exam can appear only the candidate who have complete four year graduation course in Engineering.
And even MCA & MSc candidate can also apply.

As you are not belong any one of the above mentioned,so you are not eligible to apply for GATE exam.

Hi,
You are not eligible for the Gate as the minimun qualification is engineering.
You can do post graduate in your field (MCA) and then apply for the gate.
