Since, this field requires huge investments from the government side so it is developing little slowly. After the contributions led by APJ Abdul Kalam Sir, this field had achieved an unexpected craze among youths of the nation. This engineering is mainly established in South India. There are many Govt. companies involved directly in this field like: >> ADA , >> ADE, >> HAL, >> ISRO, >> DRDO, >> NAL Also, some of the private companies are attached with the Aeronautical Industry like: >> Pawan Hans Helicopters, >> Mahindra Aerospace, >> L&T, >> Tata Advanved Systems, >> Taneja Aerospace, >> Samtel Avionics Mainly, the graduates of this field get recruited for the following jobs in Aerospace fields: >> Design purposes such as airframe design, engine design, etc. >> Maintenance of aircrafts >> Functioning of aircrafts >> Manufacturing of aircrafts >> Construction of aircrafts >> Testing purposes such as efficiency testing, flight testing, etc. >> Investigation purposes such as airplane crashes, impact on environment, etc. >> For the job of light controllers or air traffic controllers.
