Re: What is the qualification required to become a Kerala Sub Inspector The candidate who wishes to join Kerala Police as Sub Inspector has to appear for the Kerala Public Service Commission Exam . The eligibility criteria required to apply for SI examination in Kerala are as under:- - The candidate must have completed Graduation degree with at least 60%(50% for SC/ST) marks from a recognized university . -The age limit to apply for the exam is from 21 years to 30 years for general category.There is relaxation in upper age limit by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. -Physical requirements : * Height : should not be less than 162 cm * Chest : 82 cm without expansion (chest should expand upto a minimum range of 5 cm). -The selection procedure involves of Written test. Physical test. Medical test. |
