Re: Required Percentage of Marks to join MA in English? To join MA (which is 2 years course ) in English , it is required to only complete , the BA Honours In English. However, the percentage of marks required in English depends upon from which college you are interested to join in MA . cutpoint of percentage of marks depends on number of applicants and their percentage of marks and according to available seats in that particular college.. It may be more than 70% , 75% ,80% ,85% .. Thanks.. |

(Home Science)/B.Com./BBM/BCA degree with an aggregate of 45% marks and above in Part II (Group Subjects) at the graduation level are eligible. |

There is nothing to be regarded with the mark which you need to have got and it may vary with the universities in which you are applying, Anyways the thing which you need to possess in order to do MA degree is that you need to have done the UG degree which is BA which stands for Bachelor of Arts You need to have finished it with a fair percentage and if you are a Final degree exam student then you can apply for the MA course as you will be eligible.
