You can take admission in Electrical Engineering after completing diploma in Electrical Engineering. You have to lateral entry scheme to do engineering course. LEET exam stands for Lateral Entry Engineering Test which is conducted to take admission into direct 2nd year of Engineering degree. Eligibility for LEET exam: Diploma with at least 60% marks No active Backlogs You have to select best engineering college to do Electrical Engineering after completing diploma in Electrical Engineering. |

Yes, you can definitely take admission in various engineering colleges after completing diploma in electrical engineering. There are various entrance exams in which you can appear to get admission in bachelor's degree in engineering. If you want to do bachelor of technology from top reputed institutes like NITs, IIITs or other government engineering colleges, you must appear for the Joint Entrance exam conducted by the CBSE every year. For state university engineering college, you can appear for the Lateral Entry Entrance test. If you have 60% marks in diploma then you can apply for this exam. After clearing this exam, you will directly be admitted in second year of engineering. There is third option to take direct admission in private engineering college in management quota seats. But for these, you must have good percentage of marks in diploma then only you can get admission. |

To get the admission in the B.tech courses the candidates have to qualify in the LEET examination. LEET examination is conducted by the various state board and the private university for the admission of the candidates in the 2nd year of the B.tech after the diploma. The examination paper contains the questions from the diploma courses. For more visit the university website in which you are interested to take the admission. |

Yes,you can take admission in BTech in Electrical Engineering after Completing Diploma in Electrical Engineering. * Procedure: The candidate with Diploma in any field can take admission in BTech in the 2nd year through LEET(Lateral Entry Scheme). You can also take admission in AMIE(Associate Member Institute Of Engineers) which is course minimum of duration 2 years and is equivalent to BTech. |
