For the admission in goa colleges of engineering you have to appear in the state entray exam of engineering known as GCET Goa common entrance test.

The eligibility for this exam is successfully passed in class 12th with science filed , mathematics as a major/optional subject.

You are interested to do Engineering.There are numbers of branches in engineering.You should choose your interested branch from them so that you can study in that field with interest.You can do it after completion of your (10+2) in science with PCM as a main subjects from recognized board.You will get admission in engineering on the basis of your (10+2) score cum Goa CET score.

Eligibility
- You must have passed (10+2) with PCM as a main subjects from recognized baord.
- You must have qualify the Goa CET for engineering admission

Goa CET (Common Entrance Test) is a state level entrance examination conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Goa for all students who are Indian Citizens and have resided in Goa for a minimum period of 10 years and who want to get into curses related to Engineering, Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy offered by the Government, Government-aided and un-aided colleges and institutions situated in Goa.

Eligibility Criteria for GCET exam:

- You must be a citizen of India.

- You must have lived in Goa for a continuous period of atleast 10 years.

- You should have passed 12th standard from school within Goa.

- There is upper or lower age limit.

in governament and government aided colleges , unaided colleges in goa..
* One must secure pass percentage to secure seat in those colleges ...

The candidate who wishes to get admission in Engineering courses in Goa should write Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET).

Eligibility criteria to apply for GCET are as under :-

-The candidate should have passed SSCE (Secondary School Certificate Examination) or equivalent exam from a recognized board .

-At the time of applying for the test ,the candidate has to produce Class XII pass Certificate .

-The candidate appearing for Class XII has to submit a copy of his/her Class XII or equivalent Admit Card.

Candidates can download the Application Form of GCET 2015 and submit the same at the notified Reception Centres along with a DD in favor of Director of Technical Education payable at Panaji towards the Goa CET 2015 Application fees.
