Re: What is the percentage required to get myself admitted to class 11th The minimum percentage you must get for an admission in St.Xaviers college depends on what stream you want to get into and from which board you are currently. If you want science then you must have atleast 90% in State board or 10 Cgpa in CBSE . If you want commerce then you require atleast 85% in State board or 9.6 CGPA in CBSE. Subsequently for Arts you need 75% in State board or 9.0 CGPA in CBSE. |

But you want to get admission in St.Xavier college which is one of the most best college.In this college only those students can get admission who scored more than 95% marks.Only toppers can get admission in this College. So if you want to get admission in this college you have to score more than 90% marks in you 10th board examinations. But as you are looking for admission in the St. Xavier's College which is a top college so you have to score high percentage of marks in your 10th to get admitted in the same college with desired stream .This high percentage of marks generally means that you must secure any grade around 90% in your 10th board examination . Also if you do not get admitted in the St. Xavier's College do not get frustrated and take admission in any institute providing good education and work hard to get good grades in your 12th as the institute does not matters when you are giving the examination only your personal effort matters .
