Eligibility Criteria:- --Candidate must passed 12th from a recognized board with minimum of 50-60%Mark's. --Candidate must passed Graduation from a recognized board with minimum of 50%Mark's. --5% marks relaxation also available for the reserved category candidates. --Must complete 1 year course in B.ed After that you are eligible for the entrance exam namely as TET . |

Re: Can I give TET exam having 49% in graduation? To qualify the TET candidate need minimum 50% in B.Ed. But you can eligible for TET exam because there no marks percentage required for graduation. |

Re: Can I give TET exam having 49% in graduation? TET stands for the Teacher Eligibility Test. This test is now mandatory for all candidates who want to become teacher in government schools. Eligibility criteria: Candidate who has done bachelor's degree with 45% marks or more can appear for this exam without any doubt. So, you can apply for this exam with 49% marks in bachelor's degree in science. |

Re: Can I give TET exam having 49% in graduation? TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test and it is the entrance examination conducted for the recruitment of the teachers in the government schools. The examination is condu ted twice every year. The eligibility to appease for the examination is :- * Candidates must have passed the graduation from the recognised university with at least 45%. * Candidates must have one year of B.Ed course. So you are eligible to appear for the examination and candidates after qualifying in the examination become eligible for the teaching post. It is the teacher training course for becoming teacher in primary school, secondary schools etc. Yes, you can appear for any Teacher Eligibility test because the minimum qualification required for the TET exam is that candidate must have obtained at least 45% marks in bachelor's degree to appear for the TET exam. |

The Government of Uttar Pradesh will conduct Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test also known as Uttar Pradesh TET. -> Yes you can give TET exam having 49% in graduation. -> You should have passed 12th class from any recognized board with at least 45% marks in aggregate. -> You should have also passed BA / B.Sc and other diploma course with at least 45% percent marks and B.Ed qualification can also apply. |

There are eligibility criteria's which are needed to be satisfied in order to apply for the exam and they are: # Candidate should have a citizenship in India. The education qualification is split in 2 sections: # For classes I-V it is candidate should have completed +2 from a recognized school board with at least 45% aggregate. # In the case of taking classes for VI-VIII you should have completed a degree from a recognized university. This exam is conducted in every state and you can apply in the respected states in which you live. |

If you have completed 12th or its equivalent exam from recognized board with above 50% marks then you are eligible for Primary stage TET exam. If you have completed graduation degree from a recognized university then you are eligible for Elementary stage TET exam. There is no age criteria for TET exam. |

Re: Can I give TET exam having 49% in graduation? No dear you need to get minimum 60% of marks in both graduation and B.Ed there is a percentage relaxation of 5% for the reserved candidates. Then only you are selected for TET Exam. Getting into the details of TET you should complete " graduation" and B.Ed is also mandatory for TET Examination. There is No Age limit. More over you exam is conducted by every state board individually. One thing you need to make sure that you have to cross the percentage limits. |

The eligibility criteria are as follows: The candidates should be a citizen of India. The candidates should be 10+2 pass from a recognize board. The candidates should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognize university. The final year students can also apply for this exam,s The candidates must completed B.ed course. TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test and it is an entrance examination conducted for the selection of personnel for their recruitment as teacher in government schools. Basically there are two types to TET. One held by the CBSE for the recruitment of teachers for the government schools aided by Central Government and other is different state TET held for the recruitment of teachers for government schools aided by State Government. The qualifications required for appearing in the TET examinations are as here under :- * You must have the nationality of India. * Your becoming teacher of classes upto VIIIth, you need to have a minimum of higher secondary school degree or a degree equivalent to same along with diploma in education degree with 50% aggregate from a recognized institute. * Your must have completed your graduation degree course from a recognized university for your recruitment as teacher for the Classes 9th and above. Also, you need to have an additional degree of Bachelor of Education. Note :- There is provision of marks relaxation of 5% in the marks required for appearing in the same examination. * There is no age limit for any TET. So having secured 49% in your graduation you are eligible for becoming a teacher of Classes up to Class VIII only unless you belong to reserved category. Paper I : For Class I to V Paper II : For Class VI to VIII Eligibility - You must have passed B.A/B.Sc/B.Com with atleast 50% and passed 1 year in B.Ed. - You must have passed senior secondary with atleast 50% and passed or appearing in final year in 2 year diploma in Elementary Education. - You must have passed 12th class with atleast 50% and passed 4 year in Elementary Education. Can I give TET exam having 49% in graduation? I am a post graduate. I have Secured 67% marks in M.Sc and 49% marks in B.Sc and 57% in 12th standard. I also cleared B.Ed with more than 60% marks. Can I give any TET exam ? |
