The applicants should have completed degree course. Age should be between 21-32 years. The application forms will be available in the month of June. The eligibility criteria for this exam is that any candidate who has done bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university can apply for this exam. The minimum age limit for candidates of all category is 21 years and upper age limit is 32 years for general category candidate. There are six attempts for general category candidates. Online application for CSE 2016 will start from 23rd April, 2016 at the official website www.upsconline.gov.in. There are three stages of this exam: 1. Preliminary exam (CSAT qualifying). 2. Mains exam. 3. Interview.
