Re: B.Sc(IT) distance education students can appear in JECA 2016? Yes, you can surely appear for JECA if you have qualified the degree from a recognized distance mode university. Also, make sure that you have studied maths at class XII level which is the requirement for MCA admission. JECA is conducted in west Bengal for admission in MCA course. B.Sc IT degree holders are definitely eligible for this exam. |

(IT) is eligible for WB JECA 2016. # WB JECA is basically the entrance examination conducted for making admission in Master of Computer Application (MCA) course. # Required educational qualification: * Any graduation degree from recognised university. * Candidate must studied Mathematics in school and graduation level. * Students in the final year of graduation are also eligible to apply. # There is no any prescribed maximum age for WE JECA. # Domicile restriction criteria: * Candidate who are permanent resident of West Bengal State are eligible. * Candidate who are residing in the State of West Bengal are also eligible. * Candidates who are not permanent resident of State of West Bengal are eligible only for non-government colleges/institutes. # Scheme of Written Examination: * Aptitude Test (total 100 questions carrying 100 marks) * Mathematics (total 100 questions carrying 100 marks) # General information regarding written examination: * Provision of negative marking. * Validity of the score obtained is valid for next one year. # Prescribed syllabus for written examination * Aptitude Test = Reasoning Ability = Data Interpretation = Quantitative Comparison = Problem Solving = Discreet Quantitative Analysis * Mathematics = Algebra = Probability & Statistics = Calculus = Analytical Geometry |
