Re: How to crack IIT-JAM exam? I have got 273 all India rank in IIT-JAM 2014 Physics. Do I have the chance of getting a seat in any of the good IITs? Which institutes should I give preference while doing registration? and Are there any other institutes in India other than the participating 14 institutes, that also consider JAM score for admission into M.Sc. Physics course? Thanks for your concerns. |

Re: How to crack IIT-JAM exam? Why it is conducted? To clear the exam. How to clear this exam? To work hard on basics and application during problem solving. I am a student at IIT-Bombay. I wrote IIT-JAM 2011 and secured AIR-11. Focus more on Centre of Mass, Uniform linear mass distribution problems etc. Go to 11th standard, learn the basics and then directly go to toughest problems. Thats the way to crack the so called IIT-JAM. |

Re: How to crack IIT-JAM exam? Iit jam is organized by iits and this year it took place on 2nd may. Try the following tactics to score well 1. Perseverance 2. Sample paper solving 3. Mcq and type based papers solving 4. Discussions with seniors,fiends 5. All round preparation to give your best. Best of luck |

Re: How to crack IIT-JAM exam? dear friend either IIT or JEM is not a tough exams , you have to just go through your basics in each subject like PCM. because in current time IIT pattern changed a lot & give preference to freshers. so study carefully & sincierly. always try to read good books like NCERT & other good reference books like Arihant publication . just do it & you will get an impressive result. good luck. |

Re: How to crack IIT-JAM exam? if you want to crack the IIT JAMexam then you should have some systematic way of studying like you should make a time table for it and allot the time for each subject accordingly, you should solve some previous year papers for it so that you can manage your time accordingly or you can estimate the time required for every questions. |
