No, you cannot apply for the IBPS exam at this stage as having not completed your B.com course. The needed eligibility for the IBPS exam is that candidate need to have completed a graduation course from a recognized university and that can be from any stream. But in the case of yours, having not completed your respected degree you are ineligible for applying.

The IBPS exam conducts exams for various posts such as joining in as a clerk, probationary officer, specialist officer. In order to join in any of these posts you need to satisfy the eligibility criteria and crack the exam. The eligibility would include you satisfying nationality, age limit and educational qualification. Failing to satisfy any of the criteria would make you ineligible for applying.

The eligibility criteria differs for the exams and for the clerk post age limit needed is 20-28 years and there are relaxation for SC/ST and OBC candidates. For PO post, the age limit needed is 20-30 years and SC/ST and OBC category candidates get relaxation from the prescribed limits. Candidate should have citizenship in India as far concerned with both the exams and should have completed a degree regarding the educational qualification.

No, you are not eligible to give IBPS exam because you are not passed in 12th class.

you are doing b.com (distance education) but I think your b.com college is not approved by UGC.

For B.com,minimum eligibility is to pass the 12th class for UGC approved college.

For IBPS exam eligibility:
The university is approved by UGC and other central educational agencies for distance education course.
