Re: How to become an astronaut or space scientist? ISRO or Indian Space Research Organisation is the leading research institute related to the field of aeronautics. In order to be a successful candidate, you should take up PCM or PCMB in your 12th and pursue to become a successful Aeronautical Engineer from a reputed institute. You should know, in order to get into ISRO, doing only B. Tech will not help. You should go on to pursue higher studies and do a masters from a very good reputed university and finally complete your PhD or Doctorate degree either in a ISRO funded project or in some other field. Once you have ample amount of experience in the research field, you will be qualified to be a part of the esteemed ISRO team. It is great that you dream to be a part of the organisation and, in order to fulfill it, you should work hard. All the best for your future endeavors. |

What should I take up after 10 th I want to become a space a scientists and I want to take up PCMB and then do my engineering so can u make me clear of which engineering I am supposed to take what subjects does it involve and with tat subject how to join ISRO |
