Re: How to study CA course after doing B.Com? Being a final year candidate of bachelor's degree in commerce, you can apply for Integrated Professional Competence course which is second stage of Chartered Accountancy course. But for this stage, you must have at least 55% marks in B.Com. If you do not score this percentage of marks, you will not be able for direct IPCC stage. Then you will have to apply for Common Proficiency Test which is conducted by ICAI in June and December. You can apply for CPT exam at www.icai.org. |

Re: How to study CA course after doing B.Com? The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has direct eligibility criteria for graduates and post graduates of commerce or non commerce stream for Chartered Accountancy course. Commerce stream graduates if they have 55% marks minimum in graduation can directly apply for second stage of this course called IPCC. As you are commerce background, so after completion of bachelor's degree in commerce if you manage to secure 55% or more in graduation, you will be eligible for direct IPCC. In case your percentage of marks is less than 55%, you will have to apply for first stage of this course called Common Proficiency test. |
