Application Form-Rs 100 CPT registration fees-Rs 6000 Total Rs 6100 CPT exams fees-Rs 1000 CPT exams or Common Profiency tests are held in June and December each year Next CPT exams would be held in December 2013 Forms for this exam would be filled in October 2013 Candidates who have appeared in class 12th exam or have passed class 12th exam can apply In the CPT exams questions are asked from the below sections: Fundamentals of accounting Mercantile LAWS General Economics Quantitative Aptitude All the questions are asked in objective mode only Candidates scoring minimum 50% marks are declared as pass There are negative markings of .25 for each incorrect answer. |

Common Proficiency Test (CPT) is open only to those students who are already registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The test consist of four subjects: 1.Accounting, 2.Mercantile Laws, 3.General Economics and 4.Quantitative Aptitude. You can apply for CPT online & offline. •You can fill up the CPT 2011 examination application form online at http://icaiexam.icai.org Steps for online application area: Step 1: Create Your Account Double check your email-id: provided by you in the above step, since the login-id and password created by you for filling up the application form would be sent to this email address and mobile only. Step 2: Login and Pay Fee Online:
Check and ensure that Control Number, Bar code and Payment Particulars are appearing correctly in PDF before taking the print out. In case of any issues please report to [email protected] Step 4: Affix Two Photographs & Signature: Paste your Photographs, Sign the form using Black Ink Pen and get the form attested by Principal/Member of the Institute/gazetted officer, as mentioned in the form printed in Step 3 above. One photograph should be attested and the other one not attested Step 5: Send the printout. Submission by Hand : You may submit the application (PDF) within the given dates mentioned on official website at any of the offices on working days between 10am to 5:00pm. •You can also obtain the form from the following address: Additional Secretary (Examinations), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110 002. |
