There are generally three branches and for these three branches there are three different eligible criteria.The three department are :

1. Flying Branch,
2. Technical Branch,
3. Ground Duty Branch.

1. Age ::

19 to 23 years as on 01 july 2012 i.e. born between 2nd july 1989 to 1 july 1993(both dates inclusive).

2. Educational Qualification ::

Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university having 60% or more than 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have passed 10+2 th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or BE/B.Tech degree from a recognized university having 60% or more than 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together.

3. Physical Standard ::

i.) Height : minimum 162.5 cm and more than this
ii.) Weight : in between 60 to 80 kg
iii.) Vision : minimum visual acuity 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in another eye

Air-Force officers are recruited through NDA exam & CDSE conducted by UPSC.

Eligibility Required:

1. The candidates should have a 19 years to 23 years.
2. Graduate or Engineering degree from any recognized university or equivalent qualification with Physics and Mathematics in 12th level.
3. Candidates who are appearing in the final year of degree course can also apply for this examination.

Physical Standard required:
1. The candidate must be in good physical and mental health and free from any disease
2. The minimum acceptable height for male candidates is 157.5 cms. For Women candidates minimum acceptable height is 152 cms.
3. A male candidate should be able to read 6/6 in a distant vision chart with each eye with or without glasses. For women candidates the minimum acceptable visual acuity are Distant Vision (corrected) better eye 6/6, worse 6/18.

Yes you are eligible to apply for the Indian Air force after the
completion of your graduation. Since you are doing BBA so you can apply
for the ground duty branches of Indian Air force.
You can apply for this branch through CDSE exam. The eligibility criteria

HI

NDA entrance exam is conducted by UPSC,to appear in this exam the candidate must fulfill the following criteria :-

- the candidate must be a Indian citizen
- the candidate should be a unmarried male
- between the age of 16 1/2 - 19 years
- physically fit
- height - 157.5cm
- Passed 10+2 in PCM group with minimum 60% aggregate

If the candidate fulfill all the criteria mentioned above then he should definitely eligible to appear in NDA entrance exam conducted by UPSC.

you can join the Indian air force after bba. but you need to write the CDS exam and then qualify for the IAF cadre, provided you score well.
also keep your senses sharp for any sort of announcements made in the leading newspapers or television channels regarding the various recruitments or the exams conducted related to this field. also keep checking the website careerairforce.nic.in/career_opp/caropp_officer_selproc.html
but in addition to all these, there are also some criteria like the bright eyesight,good health, height, weight that matters. so all the very best. God bless you.

Hey you can join the airforce after completing your BBA graduation.

You have to go through the CDS exam but you have to fill in certain criteria to go through the exam.please go through the link

You can even go through the officer's academy or even SSB which is of a fourteen year service.You have to send the application in a format.The notification will be published in The Hindu newspaper or the weekly journal Employeement news.

You can join Airforce via two methods. The first entry method is NDA (National Defense Academy).

NDA: You can apply for NDA after completing 12 class.

Eligibility criteria for NDA is:

1. Age: 16 1/2 to 19 years.

2. Educational qualification: 10+2 from a recognised board with 60% in maths and physics. (For Airforce)

3. Gender: Applicable for male candidates only.

Second way to join air force is CDS exam entry system. A candidate can appear in this exam after completing graduation.

Dear friend,

After BBA you are eligible for Indian Military Academy/Officers' Training Academy and Air Force Academy, not for Navy Academy, through CDS exam.

The "Combined Defense Services" Examination or the CDS Exam is conducted twice a year by the UPSC for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Naval Academy and Air Force Academy.

The Notification for the examination is usually released in the months of August and March and the examination is conducted in February and August respectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

• For Indian Military Academy/Officers' Training Academy: Degree from
a recognized university or equivalent
• For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics & Mathematics or Bachelor of
Engineering
• For Air Force Academy: Degree of a Recognized University with
Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or Bachelor of Engineering

Age Limit

Indian Military Academy 19-24 Years
Air Force Academy 19-23 Years
Naval Academy 19-22 Years
Officers’ Training Academy 19-25 Years

Scheme of Examination

Indian Military Academy / Naval Academy / Air Force Academy
All the papers are of objective type.

Hello,
Yes you are eligible for applying in the Air force after BBA. As the eligibility is graduation in any discipline and age limit will be 19-23 years.
This is for male candidates and unmarried students. The candidate must be of Indian nationality.
You can enter into it through CDSE exam which is conducted by upsc.

For ground duty following eligibility are required-

Ground Duty Branches: To join as an officer in the Ground Branch, you can apply for any of the divisions of the branch such as the Administrative, Accounts and Logistics division.

Eligible criteria for the Divisions of the Ground Duty Branch :

Age – 20 to 23 years.

Marital Status – Single.

Nationality – Indian.

Gender – This is applicable to both men and women.

Educational Qualifications- A graduate degree( B.Com in case of Accounts Division) with a minimum score of 60%.

Graduate: Graduate’s (men and women) can join the Air Force in either of the three branches i.e the Flying, Technical or the Ground branch.

1. Flying Branch: You can enter the Flying branch through the Air Force Academy, which is one of the most prestigious training establishments of the Indian Air Force as a graduate. Here you are trained and prepared for your responsibilities as a Fighter pilot, or a Helicopter pilot, or a Transport pilot in the Flying branch.

Eligibility criteria for flying branches are:

Marital Status – Single.

Nationality – Indian.

Gender – This is applicable to both men and women.

Yes, You Can join Indian Airforce after completing your graduation.

And after graduation you can enter the Flying branch through the Air Force Academy.

Eligibility criteria for Flying Branch -

Age - your age should between 19 to 23 year and only unmarried males are eligible to apply for flying branch.

In this post, both men and women are eligible.

And You must be a graduate in any stream with Physics and Mathematics in 12th. So, please dont worry, you are eligible to apply for this examination after completing your graduation.

So, you can enter with the help of CDSE Examination, So you have to take the Combined Defence Services Examination which is conducted by UPSC to join the Flying Branch of the Indian Air Force.

So, if you are qualifying the written test are interviewed by the Service Selection Board and if you are finally selected, depending on their merit list ranking, then you are sent to Air Force Academy, Begumpet, Hyderabad for orientation training.

For IMA /OTA : A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics and/or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering.
For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognized University (with maths and physic subject in 12th standard) or Bachelor of Engineering.

Age:

For IMA: Unmarried male candidates between 19-24 years on 1st January or 1st July of the year succeeding the year of examination.
For Naval Academy: Unmarried male candidates between 19-22 years on 1st January or 1st July of the year succeeding; the year of examination.
For Air Force Academy: Unmarried male candidates between 19-23 years on 1st January or 1st July of the year succeeding the year of examination.

Its good that you have completed your 12th and now you are doing BBA.Well i would suggest that for now you can concentrate on your course and do well in it.After the completion on your course you can go for CDS exam.You can join air force after completion of BBA.When you will be in final year then you can get the details.

ONly thing you have to do is appear for cds exam which will let you to select for the iaf cadder.

i feel this will be initial stage.

YOu should be good at some general parameters especially eye sight to prevent accidents.
