GATE is entr examination for various post graduation courses such as M.Tech, MBA etc. Some companies offers job by marks scored in GATE. So you need score good marks in GATE to get job in top companies. You can apply in following companies: -Phillips Carbon Black Limited -India Glycols Limited -Tata Chemicals |

You can apply for following government job entrance exams: >>Indian Engineering Services conducted by UPSC. In this exam, you can appear for from four disciplines of engineering only that is Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. >>Civil Services examination. >>If you want to join Defence Services, you can apply for Combined Defence Services or AFCAT examination. >>In general competition, you are eligible to apply for SSC CGL examination, IBPS Common Written examination, Railway Recruitment Board examination etc. You need to decide in which you are more interested and then you can apply for any of above given entrance exams. |

Re: Entrance exam to get jobs for Chemical engineering students? After pursuing engineering course now if you are interested in getting jobs in PSU'S you need to appear in qualify in GATE. GATE examination is conducted every year by IIT or IISc. Candidate after qualifying and scoring better rank are eligible to appear for interview round of PSU'S. Other than core jobs you have many other jobs as in banking, railway, defence etc..you can also appear for entrance examination of these jobs. |
