HI Your question is not very clear but still let me provide you answer with whatever I could understand Yes you can apply for M.tech provided you have done your graduation from recognized college/institute. For M.Tech you need to appear for GATE and score atleast 95 percentile and above if you want to get admitted to NIT or IIT. Following are some of the best college for M.Tech 1. IIT Bombay, India 2.
