Re: After completion of B.Tech 2nd year can we take hotel management in Culinary Academy of India Yes but you will have to start from the First Year.Culinary Arts is a specialised course and you need a very very strong foundation.CAI is the right place to pursue the Course in Culinary Arts as it is a well recognised brand in this feild not only in India but aslo world over. |
