Re: CBSE age limit for 10th standard My daughter's date of birth is 07.12.2013 Now a days she is going to play school and next year I want her to admit to the nursery class for the 2017-2018 session. As per CBSE norms i'm sure she is eligible for 10th CBSE board. But having a bit doubt. Please advice will she be eligible for 10th board exams. Please reply earliest. |

Re: CBSE age limit for 10th standard According to the norms set by schools to appear in 10th board student must have completed their 15 years. Candidate must have completed their 15 till 31 of Dec. of that very year otherwise candidate will be disqualified to appear in board exams. |

Re: CBSE age limit for 10th standard CBSE stands for Central board Of Secondary Education , A candidate can take admission in class (i) between 4 - 6 years of age.Generally in CBSE they used to start from Nursery , Kg , Std -1. A candidate to appear in 10th standard CBSE Board Exam must complete 15 years of age i.e must be 15+ or 16 years. For more details you can visit CBSE official website. |

Re: CBSE age limit for 10th standard As per your information you children date of birth is 24/04/2011 mean right now his age is five years (Approx) and he is in UKG class, It means he will complete his Tenth board exams in 2026 at the age of 17 years. I want to inform you that minimum age required to seat in tenth board exam is 14, So your children is 100% eligible for the cbse tenth board exam. No need to worry about his/her Date of birth. |

CBSE age limit for 10th standard My son was born on 24/04/2011. Now he is in UKG class. Is he eligible for 10th class examination of cbse ? Kindly advise me earliest |
