Re: What to do after passing 12th to get in the field of Astronomy? You need to study Physics in your graduation course. Astronomy as a specialization is offered by a number of universities like Punjabi University, AMU, Kolkata etc. It is offered by IISC Bangalore also. Indian Institute of Astronomy runs a Ph.D program for which there is an entrance test. Physics graduates and engineering graduates are eligible to apply. |
