Re: How to become an IPS officer after passing 10th class?

To become a IPS officer first of all you have to complete your class 12th with a decent percentage and then you have to complete your bachelors degree in any discipline.
After that you have to give UPSC examination followed by a interview.

Re: How to become an IPS officer after passing 10th class?

Hi,
You are not Eligible for IPS exam after graduation degree. IPS exam stands for Indian Police Services which is conducted by UPSC.

To get into the IPS, you will have to give the “UPSC held Civil Services Examination”.

It is a common exam for getting into the IAS, IPS etc.

Eligibility to be an IPS Officer :

You must possess a degree in any discipline from an Recognized Indian University.

If you are in the final year of a degree course can also appear in the Preliminary Examination.

You must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained 30 years of age.

The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

The upper age limit is also relaxed in favor of Defense Services Personnel.

You must be a citizen of India.

All the best.............

In order to become an IPS officer, you need to complete your study fully that is after 10th you need to do 11th and 12th and then a graduation in the stream for which you have opted from a well known university or forum. After that, you would be eligible for sitting in an IPS exam.
Good luck.
