Re: When will be the PGCET entrance exam in Karnataka? What is the last date to apply for the same? Hi friend....... Eligibility of PGCET: Candidates should have the domicile of Karnataka. Candidates should have passed the B.E/B.Tech or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for General category. For reserved category one should have passed with minimum of 45% aggregate marks(ST/SC/OBC). Candidates should have studied for minimum of 7 years in the state of Karnataka. Candidates who appeared for GATE are not eligible to appear for Karnataka PGCET 2017. Karnataka PGCET Exam Dates: Commencement of Online Application Form: first week of July Commencement of Payment of Fees in the specified bank from: first week of July Last date to apply online: last week of July Last date to pay the fees in specified bank: last week of July Admission ticket downloading from: in the month of August Examination Date: first week of August Result Announcement: third week of August Counselling starts from: first week of September Exam Pattern For Karnataka PGCET 2017: The exam duration is of 120 minutes. The exam question paper will be in English only. The exam will be of 100 marks which has two parts Part 1 consists of 50 questions each of 1 mark. Part 2 consists of 25 questions each of 2 marks. Am rashmi, I have completed degree that is bbm and i want to know the date of pgcet entrence exam towards mba of banglore university in karnataka .
