Re: Which book is suitable for preparation of Air Force exam? hi dear,  for preparation of Air force, you only prepare class 11th and 12th books own your course. it is sufficient for air force. if you want go in deep learning then you can read a book of arihant for Air force. Some other books are FTCE General Knowledge by Leasha Barry, Verbal Abilit’ by Arun Sharma, etc. Update your G.K by reading the daily newspaper. thanks |

The topics for the Air Force examination include General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test. One of the books for aptitude is Quantitative Aptitude Book by R.S. Agarwal. Some other books are FTCE General Knowledge by Leasha Barry, Verbal Abilit’ by Arun Sharma, etc. Update your G.K by reading the daily newspaper. A few coaching centers for the exam are National Career Institute, Achiever’s Academy, Airmen Training School (ATS), etc. |

Lots of competitive books will be of immense help to you. Books like AFKAT GK Current Affairs, General Awareness GK Reasoning for AFKAT, General Awareness 2011, GK and Current Affairs etc. The syllabus for the course is basically based on 4 categories: (a) General Awareness : History, Geography, Civics, Basic Science, Sports, Defense, Art, Culture, Environment, Current Affairs, Politics etc. (b) Verbal Ability in English : Comprehension, Synonyms, Sentence Completion, Error Detection, Antonyms and Testing of Vocabulary. (c) Numerical Ability : Decimal Fraction, Simplification, Average, Profit & loss, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion and Simple interest.
