The minimum eligibility criteria to appear in JEE examination: A candidate must have passed class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 60% marks from recognised board. Age limit should be in between 17 to 25 years and relaxation is given to reserved categories in upper age limit. |

JEE Advanced is a National level engineering entrance examination which is conducted by IITs or IISc for offering admission in Engineering programs at seven different IITs and IISc., located in India. To be eligible to appear in JEE Advanced examination, first you must have to appear and qualify the JEE Main examination. If you have secured top 1,50,000 rank among all categories in JEE Main examination and you should have secured at least 75% (70% for SC/ ST) aggregate marks in your 12th standard board examinations or you must be with in top 20 percentile of successful candidates of your 12th standard board examinations then, you are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced examination. |
