Re: How should a BCA student prepare for IPS exam? to become an IPS ,you have to appear in the exam of civil services conducted by UPSC.There is no syllabus for the student of BCA,that'swhy you have to select other than your own subject as for example math ,history, political science, physics etc. |

Re: How should a BCA student prepare for IPS exam? IPS exam is one of the toughest exam ..... which is conducted by UPSC.... so you should firstly give exam for the civil services and for this you have to work hard.......... |

Re: How should a BCA student prepare for IPS exam? Those who wish to become an IPS should pass the Civil Service Exam. You can prepare on your own or by joining some coaching center. Read magazines like competition review. For current affairs read news papers and listen to news regularly. For general subjects you can refer to NCERT books of 10,11th and 12th.You can take the optional subject in which you can give your best. Most of the candidates choose their degree subjects. |

Re: How should a BCA student prepare for IPS exam? dear friend, at first complete your BCA .after that you will be eligible for civil services exam which is conducted by UPSC. after passing this exam with very good marks you can become an IPS officer.on getting good all India rank you will be given Indian police service. good luck. |
