I have back in 5th and 6th sem 4 and 1 subject respectively but all cleared now. Will any company be interested to recruit me ??

Generally companies representatives(HR's) will conduct an entrance test for shortlisting candidates.this test will be on apptide,core knowledge(based upon branch).
next they will conduct a GD{group discussion} here they will check your communication skills and then they shortlist again and finelly conduct an interview and select teh candidates.these rounds may vary based upon company but basic process of selection is same.

Dear,

Those students who get placed via campus interviews are very lucky as getting a job after college by your own is a little difficult process. Also you will not get opportunity to be recruited by top companies like infosys, TCS etc or any reputed core company of your field after college as a fresher. So campus interviews are very important and you should take them very seriously.

Every company have its own procedure for recruitment. But mainly campus recruitment are done in following steps:
STEP1:First of all company will ask your college for list of eligible students. Mainly students with overall 60% or above without any back are eligible to sit in any campus placement.

STEP2:Selected students are required to go through aptitude test. Sometimes aptitude test and technical test are combined and sometimes if you qualify aptitude test then you will be allowed to write technical test. It is basically written round.

STEP3:After qualifying all written tests you will either be called for group discussion and then interview or you can called directly for personal interview as per companies rules.

Personal interview are of two types:
  1. Technical
  2. HR

When you will qualify technical interview round in which your technical knowledge will be judged you will be called for HR interview in which you will be questioned about your background and interests etc.

If you reach up to HR round you will have 99% chance to be selected because HR round is very simple just to judge your communication skill and confidence and if unluckily you get rejected in this final round it means you need to change your personality drastically.
