Any one who seeks to pursue LLB program from any of the Law Institute or University, whose LLB program are approved by the Bar Council of India, must have passed the +2 level of examinations from a recognized Board in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks [45% aggregate to pursue through various Law University and Institutes], in order to pursue 5 years integrated LLB program and must hold a Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks, in order to pursue 3 years LLB program [50% aggregate to pursue through Delhi University]. Admission is based either through entrance examination or merit of percentage obtained in the qualifying examinations. There are various entrance examinations conducted for admission in to the 5 years integrated LLB program including the Common Law Admission Test [CLAT]. The entrance examinations for admission in to the 3 years LLB program is mostly conducted by the Individual Law Institutes. |
