Re: What is the salary of a person who has cleared UGC NET exam? After clearing UGC NET Exam, people should start applying for the colleges as per their vacancies. If that particular college or university is ready to take you as Assistant Professor, then the salary will also be decided by the same college. Good colleges pay you minimum 25K and upto 40K. Few colleges will give less than this salary. So, before applying for job position, you contact with the existing faculty and know the salary that they give. Join only when you get a good salary otherwise try for other colleges. |

Re: What is the salary of a person who has cleared UGC NET exam? Please note that UGC-NET is an Eligibilty test. By just passing the UGC-NET you do not get jobs as asst Professor. By passing UGC-NET you meet the minimum eligibilty Criteria set up by AICTE to be eligible to apply for the post of Asst professor Pay scale of asst professor is Rs 15600 -39100 So, Now you have to see the vacancy advertised by colleges and if the vacancy is for your subject than after meeting the minimum eligibilty criteria, you can apply for that vacancy |
