The selection of stream in Bachelor's degree in technology should be totally done upon candidate's own interest rather than market trend or suggestions of others. You can opt for any stream from given below streams:

1. Computer Science Engineering.

2. Mechanical Engineering.

3. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

4. Electrical Engineering.

All these streams have good job and career opportunities in private as well as public sector.

You are eligible to pursue your B.tech in many available courses such as :-

Electrical and Electronics.

Electrical.

Mechanical.

Civil.

Computer Science.

Among them the best available option for you is to pursue Computer Science if you have interest in Computer Science ( also pursued in 12th ).

As you have opted Computer Science and Mathematics in 10+2, so you can apply for as many numbers of streams in Engineering i.e. B.Tech/B.E.

In this course, you can apply for streams like:
  • Computer Science and Engineering (most preferable)
  • Information Technology
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electronics and Communication
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
