If you are from general category then there is almost negligible chance to get admission in government polytechnic college. OBC NCL or SC/ST candidate can hope to get admission in government polytechnic college. For that you need to participate in counselling process. |

Admission in polytechnic college is carried out on the basis of marks obtained in (JEEC UP)Joint Entrance Exam Council of UP. Candidates are allotted colleges on basis of merit list (also depend on which category you belong) which may display on UPBTE (Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education). Sure,you will get admission in good polytechnic institute. But, to ensure for government institute you need to keep checking on official website.You can also go through previous year cut-off, and short list some institutes on your own to avoid confusion during admission process. |
