Hi dear.

Yes you can register for IPCC with ICAI after completion of graduation.

But make sure that you got 55% marks in bcom.

you cannot apply direct to IPCC first yo have to clear CPT then only you could take admission in IPCC.HOPE THE I CORRECT?

You can apply for IPCC if you have scored 50% or more marks in B.Com.

Commerce background is very affluent for the course you are enquiring about.
Being such a guile person with affluence in commerce will definitely help you in your goal.
