Re: What is the salary of top rank NDA officer? NDA stands for the National Defense Academy and the examination is conducted by the UPSC twice every year. The examination is conducted in the Written and the SSB both for the final selection. After selection the candidate goes through a training of some period. After that the candidate are recruited in any of the three defence wing as an officer. The salary for the officer is about 60000-70000 with other facilities also and increment after every pay commission. For more information visit at the www.upsc.gov.in |

Re: What is the salary of top rank NDA officer? NDA is the National Defense Academy. If you clear the written test conducted by the UPSC and Service Selection board, you will be eligible to join any of the defense wing as per your choice or preference marked in the form. After joining, you will receive a salary of Rs 21,000 per month during the entire duration of training. The period of training is not considered as commissioned service. After completion of training, you will be eligible to join Commissioned service. Pay scale in Commissioned Service: >>Lieutenant to Major: Rs 15,600-Rs 39,100. >>Lieutenant to Colonel: Rs 37,400- Rs 67,000. >>General Lieutenant General HAG: Rs 67,000-Rs 79000 with annual increment of 3%. >>VCOAS/Lt Gen (NFSG): Rs 80,000 (fixed) >>COAS: Rs 90,000. Along with salary, there are different types of allowances also given to the officers. |
