I am pursuing AS Level(11th Class) from cambridge boarding school and I am interested in the field of Information Technology field and also I want to see up my self in IT field. I do also have one of my subjects as IT in 11th. Can anyone please guide me fulfilling up my aim.

Certifications are necesssary as you are an IT student, because every day comes with a new technology. You should know the subjects as per your interest according to that focus on a particular subject between three of these i.e. networking, database or programming because every software required a back end i.e. database , a front end that is programming languages and a good networking . and if you are interestied in open source then you can do certifications in Linux i.e. Red Hat Certifications.

i am a 2nd year IT student, what courses might help me out during my studies for placement?? what subjects are to be concentrated in btech??
