I have passed B.Tech (computer engineering) from KSOU (distance) can get admission to M.Tech course of pune university

Karnataka State Open University is approved by UGC and DEC .You now student of KSOU .So dont worry KSOU Degree is now recognized .

Karnataka State Open University is not approved by AICTE.

Affiliation of KSOU:-
  1. The Distance Education Council (DEC) New Delhi
  2. Regular member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Delhi
  3. Permanent member of Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) London UK
  4. UGC
  5. Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU), Beijing, China
  6. Commonwealth of Learning (COL).
If any university is approved by UGC , then it will not create any problem to your future for Jobs because in maximum jobs want UGC approval .Some central govt organization is not consider KSOU certificate .

No , B-tech degree is not approved by AICTE .
