Candidate must have done bachelor's degree from a recognized university to apply for this exam. Final year graduation candidates are also eligible for it. The age criteria for general candidates is 21-35 years. It is relaxed by three years for OBC candidates and five years for SC/ST candidates. In addition to OBC relaxation, Ex Serviceman get five years upper age relaxation. For you, upper age limit will be 43 years. |

The age criteria for candidates belonging to different category for Manipur Public Service Commission: ~~General candidate: 21-35 years. ~~OBC candidate: 21-38 years. ~~SC/ST candidate: 21-40 years. Ex Service Man gets extra five years upper age relaxation. You should be graduate to apply for this exam. |

You must be bachelor's degree passed from a recognized board to apply for MPSC examination. 2. The age limit is 21-35 years for general category candidate. There is five years upper age relaxation for Ex Serviceman. |

Re: What is the upper age limit for ex-servicemen to apply for Manipur Public Service Commision? --> The minimum criteria required for appearing in Manipur Public Service Commission Examination are as here under :- * You must hold the nationality of India and must be able to speak and understand Manipuri language. * You must have completed your bachelor degree course in any discipline from a recognized university. * Your age must lie within 21 years to 30 years. Further there is provision of age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per the government norms. As far as you are concerned about the upper age limit for candidates belonging to OBC category and being ex servicemen also then it is 8 years ( i.e; 3 years for OBC category and 5 years for ex servicemen ) Students appearing in the same examination for last time gets a age relaxation of 5 years additionally. Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. Final year graduation candidates can also apply for this exam. 2. Age criteria for this exam is 21-30 years. Age Criteria Required for Manipur Public Service Commission: There is nothing like an age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen category specifically. There is a certain age criteria required for appearing in Manipur Public Service Commission. >> The minimum age criteria required is 21 years and maximum age must not exceed 30 years >> There will be an age relaxation for reserved category candidates. * For General Category Candidates - 35 years * For OBC Category candidates - 38 years * For SC/ ST Category candidates - 40 years As you belong to OBC category, the minimum age would be 21 years and maximum age allowed for you is 38 years as per government norms. |
