Re: Qualification required to become a Judge? to become a judge, here i am provide you details 1.the candidate must have a LLB degree from the recognized university. 2.candidate age must be 21 years to 35 years old. 3.the candidate must have Indian citizen. 4.maximum age to become a judge is 45 years. 5.The candidate needs to appear in the State Judicial Service Exam to become eligible to apply for the post of a judge 6. candidate must have experience of 10 years as a lawyer in a high court. The eligibility criteria for becoming Judge are as under :- -The candidate must be an Indian . -The candidate must have passed LLB degree from a recognized university . -The candidate needs to appear in the State Judicial Service Exam to become eligible to apply for the post of a judge . -The candidate must have practiced as a lawyer in the high court for more than 10 years to become eligible to appear for the State Judiciary exam conducted by respective states. -The minimum age requirement to become a judge is 45 years . Eligible candidate has to send the application to the Register General of the concerned court . |
