Re: What is the eligibility criteria required to apply for a job in IBM company? IBM is multinational Information technology organization which has set good standards for selection of candidates. The educational qualification required is 10th, 12th and bachelor's degree with 65% marks. Generally, percentage of marks in post graduation is not taken into account during recruitment process. But for MCA candidates, it is considered. You must not have pending backlogs in bachelor's or master's degree. If you have, you should clear before recruitment process. The first step which is elimination round called Aptitude test where majority of candidates are eliminated. The next two stages are Technical interview and Human Resource interview. |

UG and PG: 65% marks or 7 CGPA. 2. There should not be any backlog in UG or PG course. 3. The different levels of selection procedure is: Aptitude round and Group Discussion. Technical Interview. Human Resource Interview. |

Candidates meeting both of these academic qualification are eligible for recruitment in IBM company. The stages of recruitment are Aptitude round, Technical interview round and Human Resource round. |

You must have to qualify at least graduation degree from any well recognized university or college to apply for a job in IBM company. You must have to score at least 55% in your graduation degree to apply for a job in IBM. Whenever there is any vacancy in IBM, you simply have to apply for the same. After that you have to appear in written test. After clearing the written test, you have to face interview and medical fitness test. After clearing the above and document verification, you will be offered with job offer. |

IBM is considered among top ten Information Technology multinational companies which is also considered as mass recruiter of engineering candidates. The eligibility criteria required for job in this company is: Job aspirants should have at least 65% marks in 10th board exam, 12th exam. In bachelor's degree percentage of marks should be 70% at least. Post graduation candidates need to have 60% marks or more. There must not be any pending backlogs in bachelor's degree. These are minimum academic qualification which IT MNC look for. |

You must have minimum of 65% marks in secondary and senior secondary board education. 2. Minimum of 70% marks required in bachelor's degree. 3. No pending backlogs at time of recruitment. 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Maximum academic gap of two years. You will have to clear following rounds to get job in IBM: Aptitude Round. Technical Interview. Personal Interview. Sometimes Group Discussion is also conducted. |
